We love doing Kapa Haka in Pukeko class. We have been learning Ko Mamaru te Waka and know all the actions. Here we are performing it at Celebration Assembly.

Matariki Celebration Assembly
End of Term Celebration Assembly
Over this term we learnt about Matariki and the traditional and modern ways of celebrating this.
Bronson, Connor and Carl are showing our Matariki kites. We made these with the help of Active Ferns Tamariki.
Gene is showing us how to play Mahi Whai - string games. She can make lots of shapes and patterns!
